The district is #Mineola Proud to celebrate the Mineola Mustangs Marching Band for achieving an incredible milestone by winning the NYSFBC Championships with a record-setting score of 95.05 – the highest score ever in our division, SS1. With this victory, the marching band brings the championship trophy back to its rightful home after consecutive wins in 2022 and 2023.

Our performers delivered an outstanding performance, playing with passion and precision and the pride on their faces was the most rewarding part of the evening.

We extend a special congratulations to Ken Kamping and the entire Marching Band staff. Ken’s creative vision for this year’s theme, “The Only Way Out,” came to life through his musical arrangements and tireless dedication, ensuring that every performer had an exceptional experience.

We also thank our administration and Board of Education for their continued support, which makes achievements like this possible.
